In case your GIF is not uploading, it might be larger than 10MB. Depending on the program you created the gif with, it might also have the wrong setting for the web, not compatible with all browsers, or have no loop function embedded.
You can optimize it with Ezgif (https://ezgif.com/optimize ), and it will work.
