You can add links in album descriptions by adding the links as shown here:
Structure: <a href="url">link text</a>
Example: Visit <a href="https://www.ladoalexi.com">my portfolio</a>
Replace the "...." portion with your custom link
Replace the >...... < text right after with what will appear as linked text.
To add a clickable email link, simply replace the "..." portion with "mailto:mail@domain.com"
This will look like this in the album description
